If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, you can contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your parcel to arrange an exchange.

We’ll organise a free replacement of the same item or another piece of equal value.

Jewellery Care & Conditions
Our silver and gold-plated designs are crafted with care and are naturally delicate. Silver, in particular, is a soft metal, so please handle your jewellery gently to avoid any damage to small parts like jump rings and chain links.
All jewellery is thoroughly checked, sealed, and securely packaged before it’s shipped. However, if a piece arrives faulty or comes apart within the first 30 days, we’ll replace it free of charge.
